Barson® RM

DESCRIPTION

Barson® RM consist of insulating barriers composed of a felt (Resobson FU) combined with an elastomer heavy layer (KR compound & Viscodamp T) or bitumen heavy layer (Amortson® Bi).
This system operates on a “Mass-Spring” principle.
The physical properties of Barson® RM are directly relational to the components of which they are made.
This enables them to be adapted according to the result required and the utilisation constraints.

APPLICATIONS

External insulation of noisy systems such as piping, hermetic compressors, heat exchangers…
Additional insulation for partitions and double walls.

IMPLEMANTATION

Adhesive.
Implement Barson® RM at a minimum temperature of 20 °C.
The support must be absolutely clean and degreased.
Barson® RM must be applied by pressing strongly (2 kg/dm2).
